Each ceramic wall décor plate comes with the pre-drilled hook on the back for easy hanging. Simply use a nail or screw appropriate for your wall type and hang the plate securely. We also provide a table mount stand if you want to keep it as tabletop décor instead.

Yes, you can gently clean the wall plate with soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools, as they may damage the surface or artwork.

No, our wall plates are intended for decorative purposes only. They are not food-safe and should not be used for serving or eating.

Yes, we do offer customization options for ceramic wall décor plates. However, we run a picture quality test before producing th product. This may take some time and affect the delivery time. We will keep the customer informed about the delivery time post order confirmation.

After my order is placed, can I change the shipping address?

I received a broken product. When will I receive my replacement?

If you product is damaged or broken, please photograph and make a video of the same as soon as you open the packaging, and send us a photo on orders@craftedcreationsglobal.com with 24 hours of receiving the order.

You’ll receive instructions on next steps, and we’ll send a free replacement in 5-7 working days!

Can I get a replacement on international orders?

We ship out free international replacements in case you receivea broken/damaged piece or if we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item.
