Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic orders will reach you in 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India).
  • Please note in case of multiple product order (specifically more than 2) timeline for delivery may vary which will be notified to you.
  • There is no shipping cost charged for the domestic orders.
  • Please note that careful packaging and handling are ensured to prevent any damage during transit. We strive to deliver your cherished wall plates safely and promptly at your doorstep.

International Shipping

  • International orders will reach you in 15-20 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India).
  • Please note in case of multiple product order (specifically more than 2) timeline for delivery may vary which will be notified to you.
  • Shipping cost can vary as per location of the delivery and will calculated at checkout.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • You’ll need to pay additional duties and taxes requested by your country. If you’re unable to pay these at the time of delivery, we unfortunately cannot refund you,for more information about taxes and duty charges, please contact your local customs office for details.

General

  • You will receive the tracking information once the order has been dispatched. You can track your order accordingly.
  • If you don’t receive your order despite the tracking portal showing delivery confirmation, please let us know ASAP-ideally within 48 hours.
  • We also understand that a customer may have a change of mind after placing the order. However, our team puts efforts in developing the order within 1 day of order placement. Therefore, any order change request will be acknowledged within 24 hours window of order placement and if you cancel your order after 24 hours from placing the order, we may deduct 15% from the refund.

Exchanges & returns

  • We offer exchanges and return if the product received by you is damaged or broken, or if we’ve accidently shipped you the wrong design instead of your ordered one.
  • If your product is damaged or broken, please send the box opening video as well product photograph as soon as you open that packaging and send it to us with in 24 hours of receiving the order. Complaints of damaged product sent after 24 hours of receiving the order won’t be acknowledged.
  • We’ll send you a free replacement within 5-7 working days or process a refund within 7-10 working days, whichever option you choose.
  • We do not offer exchanges returns on discounted or personalized products, unless the piece you received is damaged,broken, or incorrect.
  • We certainly do not exchange or return the product if the product is not damaged on the delivery and is the same product as ordered. (Colors may slightly differ from the products photos on website).
